Muscle-Building Workout and Diet

Hi guys, Jamie Jewitt here. As you can see
I’ve got my winter beard and my winter hat – it’s January! And me and my boxing trainer have formulated
a few exercises for you guys to get you back on track, get you mentally focussed and ultimately
get you off your phones and get you connecting, whether it be with a friend or a partner. The first exercise is the lateral shuffle.
The lateral shuffle is vert good for muscular endurance in your legs, that’s the physical side, as well as your cardio vascular fitness.
And the mental benefits of this exercise all come from the fact that you have to copy your partner, you have to stay
connected and you have to anticipate their next move. Ultimately, like all of these exercises, it’s
also very important to have fun!
