Muscle-Building Workout and Diet


I never missed a workout.. I never made an excuse.. My thing is Ain’t nothing to it but to do it. When there’s a will, there’s always a way. No matter what time or date. No matter where you are.. You just gotta get out there and do it. I must not be human. Where ever I go I got a 100 or 150% focus on what I’m doing. No distractions whatsoever. Weights are getting heavier, heavier and heavier. 28 years.. 28 long years of training. And it’s starting to pay off. It takes a 150 to 200 focus to do what I’m doing. The less distractions you have, the better you’re gonna be. In there, out.. Train as hard as you can. And go onto the next bodypart. They’re pumped as hell. It’s called bodybuilding. And the only way you can build muscle is through repetitions. Heavy weight. As heavy as possible. And as many reps as possible. How you stay motivated to do this? This is something that I truly love to do. I was put here on earth to do. And that’s how I stay motivated. Because I LOVE DOING THIS. I’m PUMPED and ready to go. Where ever I go.. Lightweight. Nothing but a peanut. I want to be better. And I gotta do what it takes to get better. That was my motivation right there. No room for weakness. I’m having fun doing this. This is something I enjoy doing. Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder, but don’t nobody wanna lift no heavy ass weight. It don’t get no better than this.
