Muscle-Building Workout and Diet

Hey, what’s up guys? Sean Nalewanyj, of
here. And today, I have a question that some of you might find kind of funny or might laugh
at. But in reality, this is actually a very common question that I get asked. This question
lands in my inbox all the time. So, it’s not going to be addressed to anybody in particular
nor do I think those people would want their names posted anyway. But the question is does
sex or masturbation negatively impacts your muscle gains due to a decrease in testosterone
levels? So, the short answer here is no. It’s really not going to make any measurable difference
to your bodybuilding program. When you do have sex or masturbate, you will temporarily
experience a drop in testosterone levels, but that drop is then compensated for later
on by an increase in testosterone. And in the big picture it probably comes close to
just balancing itself out. The very important thing to remember is that just because a particular
activity decreases testosterone, doesn’t mean that it’s actually going to have a negative
impact on your bodybuilding results. A lot of people get way too hang up on over analyzing
these crazy little details like, “Oh, I don’t do X because it decreases testosterone or
I don’t do Y because it decreases growth hormone levels.” In reality, you have to experience
a very large percentage decrease for it to have any negative impact on your muscle gains,
or your fat loss or your gym performance. You know, it’s perfectly possible that a particular
activity might lower testosterone levels, but if that’s only by 2%, it’s really not
going to have any negative impact on your results. So, my advice would be to keep your
bodybuilding effort focused on the big picture. Stop over-analyzing these crazy little details.
And besides, what are you going to do? Are you going to stop having sex because you want
to boost your testosterone levels by a couple percent that may or may not make any difference
at all to your results? I mean, I’m all for working hard for your — for your body and
staying committed to your program. But you’ve got to have balance. And if you find yourself
in this type of situation where you’re abstaining from having sex with your wife or your girlfriend
or whoever else because you’re trying to boost your testosterone by a couple percent to gain
a couple more ounces of muscle over the course of a couple years, you might want to reevaluate
your priorities, to each their own, but that’s just my personal opinion. But to answer the
question, no, sex or masturbation is not going to have any negative impact on your bottom
line muscle gains. So, that’s your question answered. I hope you found this useful. To

  1. Well, if one thing's for certain is that any man who's been able to boost their T levels by 60% will let you know it the best feeling they ever had. It’s not for everyone, but there’s an aggressive method in Brett Bindeoni’s website that is known for its fast results.
