  5. Is it incredibly weird that I'm super tiny and skinny but love doing these all my friends are like lord Jesus when they see me doing your workouts….lol the boys in my class cud never 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂 and I'm way smaller than them.

I don't know if you will ever read this, nor will I post my results because I don't really care for that, but I started doing all your workouts for beginners, morning routine, before bed routine and… within days I started watching results, they hard to do and almost impossible for a begginer but I didnt care and still tried them…

    Workout out all at once, don't focus on one particular part, just workout your full body in your routines and wonders will happen.

  8. I'm 33. I recently stopped drinking (a month clean). I need something to keep my mind busy. I think I found it here Thanks Chris. I'm 5ft 9in 183lbs. My job has me walking 9 to 11 miles a day. Pushing, pulling 100lbs. My legs are in great shape. Im skinny fat. It's all in my belly. I'm looking forward to doing all these and get my body more healthy along with my mind.

Whenever I do the wall walks and try to do the push up with my feet still on the wall like you did, I do it with pretty much the same form you do but can’t even do one push-up when I can do like 30 decline pushups in a row with good form since they both kinda have a similar angle when doing the push up,
    I fell like my feet slide off the wall like I don’t get grip no matter what wall I use
    What do I do?

  10. I tried to do Chris Heria's suedo to pike hold. It was very difficult. I only did ten times. He did twenty times. I said he was a machine.
