It maybe looks weak, but it’s surprisingly strong. 2x 20 kg (44 lbs) dumbbels The little bumbbell is 25 kg (55 lbs). It is made out steel plates. Another 30.3 kg (66.7 lbs) dumbbell 2x 15 kg (33 lbs) dumbbell The bag weights 8.8 kg (20 lbs). I use it t fill my backpack when I do loaded dips or pushups or pullups. 12 kg (26.5 lbs) dumbbell The bigger dumbbels are 23.6 kg (52 lbs) each. I use the for Arnold press or incline dumbbell press. It’s hard to take it off with one hand. 5 kg (11 lbs) plate, I got one on the other side too. Next to this is 5.5 kg (12 lbs) plate. And there is also a 1.5 kg (3.3 lbs) plate. 30.3 kg (66.7 lbs) dumbbell 10 kg (22 lbs) plate 5 kg (11 lbs) plate Selfmade rack makes life much easier. The little plate is 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs) 10 kg (22 lbs) plate Next to it is a drumbrake cover of a bus or something, it’s filled with concrete and weights 13.9 kg (30.5 lbs). Next to the drumbrake is a used up brakedisc of a car. It weights 7 kg (15.4 lbs). 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs) hangup weight. 18.5 kg (40.7 lbs) dumbbell. So that is my little home gym. Thanks for watching! 🙂
