  10. Dude it's hard for me to workout bc I get muscle spasms which cause my heart to ache and I have difficulty breathing, so don't push yourself guys! If you're not used to exercise then slowly adjust your body into it so it doesn't do you harm!😔😉👍

Omg the funniest thing I’m now at the gym at a hotel with my mom so the gym is not allowed under 16 so I was working out and the worker man came to me and my mom and said it’s not allowed for kids under 16 so my mom YELLED “SHES 16” 😂😂😂🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I was shook because I’m literally 11 and I was silent omg I can’t stop laughing 🤦‍♀️😂😂😂😂😂

  12. Looking for motivational music for working out cause I had two, TWO cheat days and I feel exhausted but I’ll work out in the morning, I lost weight and trying to get muscle and to gain weight. Good Luck to anyone who’s trying to get in shape 😉
