What’s going on say YouTube it’s your boy Matt Ellis today We’re going outside and I’m gonna show you my full body routine This routine is gonna work out everything that you can imagine your chest abs arms legs pretty much everything You don’t need no gym equipment. None of that’s needed. All you need is yourself and a place to do it I’m gonna be going outside because it looks nice today But honestly, you can just do it inside if you want but that being said Ill see you guys outside Okay, guys we’re outside the sun’s really bright but every single set that we do is gonna be like 30 seconds and Every single rest set is gonna be like 10 to 15 seconds. So let’s get this thing started You This one is optional guys because I know not everybody has a pull-up bar to work with but if you do this is an excellent thing to add into this routine Yeah Okay, guys that was the workout it was definitely pretty intense I definitely feel it in my abs and my triceps and legs the most But if you liked the video, don’t forget to subscribe and like and comment on any future videos You would like to see it helped me out a lot.
