Be obedient. I’ve said this before.. If you’re not strict with your goals, if you don’t stand for something.. You will fall for anything. Get up, go after your goal No matter how difficult or how tired you are.. That’s what obedience is. Being obedient to your goal. Be obedience to you and the plan that you made, and executing that plan every day. No matter how tired you are, no matter if you have to get on the flight and you have to get up early to make it happen. You need to be obedient to your goal. If you want something bad enough You CAN do it. It’s just a matter if you want it THAT bad. If you want it that bad, you’ll go out and fkn get it. You wanna keep going straight, until you reach your final goal. And that’s to be the best version of you that you wanna be. If you don’t take the steps To get it.. You’re not gonna get it. But if you’re a go-getter. And you have the mindset and the heart and the dedication and the drive.. You WILL get it. You just gotta put your mind to it and do it. About training legs and how you can not train legs if you’re the average person.. Because if you train legs hard as the average person, you have a real job to go to the next day.. And it’s just not possible. What kind of bs is this? Do you guys think that I just walked into a contract? And I never had a real job? For the first 6-7 years of my bodybuilding career I didn’t have a contract, I had to work fulltime jobs. And I trained legs twice as hard then as I do now. And yeah I’d be sore for 6 or 7 days.. But I didn’t say to myself oh well I have to work the next day so I better not train legs hard.. Or I have to wait for a day off because I need the whole day off to prepare myself. No I’d go to fkn work, go to the gym, destroy my legs.. I get up the next day and go to fkn work again. Don’t make nonsense excuses, if you want something you will get it.

  2. The last speech is so true. I hear many people say I dont train legs because I have to work tomorrow.. Such bullshit! Great freakin vid man!

  4. There are so many excuse a person can make. shut up and break that habit or someone else will get ahead of you
