sat sri akal (God is true) friends welcome to Subiraj Singh Fitness in todays video i’m gonna do open workout , its 6:30 a.m and its still not dawn & temperature is about less than 10 degree celcius So friends i have reached and i will do chest workout let me show you the view first its 7 a.m & its like this open workout is already a trend in other countries but here in india open gym’s have still yet to come. so lets talk of chest workout the starting sets which i will do i will target upper chest & lower Chest this is because the first 2 sets we use full energy that’s the case i target
