Muscle-Building Workout and Diet


Hey guys I’m at Seven Presidents Park and beach in Long Branch, NJ.  Just going to do a quick little outdoor workout today Starting with a couple of different types of pull ups Followed by a little bit of ab work on the bar too. The first set was a little bit on the wide side The next set is going to be about medium width and the last set will be close grip. For abs I’m going to start off with a set of leg lifts followed by a set of windshield wipers side to side Followed by a set of tucked knee ups on each side Followed by a set of very small range of motion little tuck ups And I’ll finish up with a quick set of dips before I head out to look at the beach.
