  2. Loved the video! I was wondering about "negative calorie foods", The theory supposedly is that your body uses more energy trying to digesting the food then the amount of energy the food provide so it ends up burning a calorie or two in the end. Is there any truth to this?

  3. suprisingly am on calory deficit for two months and intense weight lifting workout 4-5 times a week ,well yeah am doing dead lifts squads melitary press and am loosing weight but not enormous drop of body fat percentage , just one percent in one month 22%-21% age 42 , is that okay?

  12. As a vegan I think this is a great video. Because you just treat not eating meat as normal and tell people what some great protein sources from plants are. You're not like… OUUUH but if you don't eat, if you haaaave to… those are some examples but you better eat meat! This video is informs without being offensive to meat eaters or plant eaters; not many videos manage to do so these days! Love it!

  14. So I work nights and eat when I get up and at lunch at work then go workout after work and I usually just get some whey protein when I get home. I get off at 6 workout for an hour or two and usually in bed bout 10 or 11 would it be OK to get carbs in the meal when I wake up?

    Going for fat loss since I need to get about 100lbs off and going for building muscle too so I won't have much loose skin. Lol

  23. always go with avocados over coconut oil. avocados have omega 3 fats (very healthy) while coconut oil is saturated (terrible for your heart)

  25. If you're going to eat fruit like berries, what time of day/night is the best time to have them?

    I fast from 5pm, overnight till noon the next day. I workout from 9am-11am.

    So what/when would be the best time for me to eat fruit:
    1. Breaking a fast, as in at noon as the first thing I eat?
    2. Last meal/thing before fasting at 5pm?

  27. You can also eat fat + proteine after your workout, if you dont add carbs to the meal. This will keep your body on fat burning. Amazing video, not many people know this fact.
