today we will do a bowlcake made with weetabix and really good as a snack a dessert or breakfast. it’s also really low in calories 385kcal 43gr of carbs, 10 gr of fat and 28gr of protein now let’s see the ingredients first we have kwark, 2 eggs, for 1 wole egg and 1 egg white we also have cocoa sweetener and oats or oats flour 2 weetabix first, add oats and weetabix in a bowl break it so it’ll be easier to mix now we will break 1 whole egg and one egg white to avoid too much fat as you can see I break it but I avoid the yellow beacause it’s calories for nothing then mix all together add the kwark and mix until it forms a paste now we’ll add the cocoa and the sweetener add enough of it so it’s sweet now break the bubbles by kicking the bowl on the table put it in the microwave for 3 minutes then take it out of the bowl and let it cool down take a plate and and cover the bowl with it return the bowlcake on the plate now you can eat it like that or let it cool down in the fridge and top it later with for example some fruits,… cheers and let me know what you think about the recipe I hope you’ll enjoy… see you soon for another video
