Hi! I’m Zach Anner, and welcome to Workout Wednesdays, the workout show where I teach you how to have a great body like mine! This week we’re going to be doing pull-ups, and I know a lot of you are at home thinking, ‘I can’t do pull-ups, my body sucks!’ ‘I suck, my body’s the shape of an orange!’ Well, guess what? I think you just need a little pick-me-up. So for every pull-up I do, I’m gonna be saying something great about you! Cause you’re great and you don’t even know it yet! Here’s what you need: #1: Workout shirt #2: Workout shorts #3: Workout socks #4: Hands #5: A great attitude! Let’s do this! The first thing you got to do is raise your wheelchair up. If you don’t have a wheelchair, stand. [wheelchair gears moving]
It’s what it means to be hardcore. Alright, we’re ready to be badass! Who feeling like a workout? Me! You’ve got a fantastic attitude! You light up a room! Oh, I can’t sit down when I’m doing them! Hold on. I’ll back up just a little bit more, so that it’s… so I’m having to stand. I don’t want to cheat you out of my workout, guys! Those are too easy. Got a seat belt up my ass. Here we go, now to work out! You’re fantastic! That’s a great haircut on you! Oh my goodness, this is harder than it looks but you’re still incredible! [grunts] Keep it up! [breathes] I’ll do more, but how many was that? Let’s try these, see if they’re easier. Oh nope! [laughs] We’re gonna do more. Huh, just a second. [breathes] Let’s do this again! You make the best guacamole, Janeen! I never knew you have such a talent for music. I know I’ll be the only one to tell you this, but you have a magnificent ass! How many did we do total, like six? [off-camera mumbling] Oh. Well, te… Well, ten’s nice. We can do fifteen. If ten was that easy! You’re almost on your way to an awesome body like mine! Yeah, one more. [Director]: Right now, are you gonna take a break? [Zach]: Oh, uhh… …we’ll just take a little break. Alright, we’ve taken a little break to recharge our awesome. And now we’re ready to go again! You’ve got a beautiful smile! I love the way you go to the zoo! You can do anything you set your mind to! Except for time travel cause that’s… uhh…impossible due to the laws of physics! Woah!
