Whats up everybody Getbiggtv here today, I’m
going to bring you guys into the gym. I want to show you a quick chest exercise for shaping.
I usually call this the super-set with the super-set, grab about the 20 pound dumbbells
here , alright. Keep them by my side like I’m about to do some shoulder raises. But,
instead I stop right infront of my belly button, bring them up like this them bring them back.
This is good for shaping right over here. Lots of people have a problem shaping it. So
I do these for a bout 16-20 reps, Right after I’m done doing bench press, push-ups then I’ll do these last. Just like this. Don’t clang the weights, you clang the weights you’ll take the pressure off chest and you don’t wanna do that. Do these for about 16-20 reps, right after your first super-set. Or just do these if you’re trying to keep your intensity
up. Great for your chest and don’t bring them up to high, you’ll work your shoulders if you
bring them up to high. Bring them up here, squeeze back down (repeat.) I’m gonna do about
8 more to show you guys. Don’t be swinging, concentrate, focus. Good form here alright.
Remember not to high, just like that. No clanging, don’t do that. (few more..) Alright guys great chest exercise
