Hey every one, I’m Luis Rosales and I have Pectus Excavatum. now this is just going to be an update video on – basically – my exercises that I have been doing I haven’t really been doing much because I’ve been feeling kind of lazy ever since I moved up to Connecticut, so. It’s been about… I want to say since September of last year, since I’ve made a video about it Here is what I have so far, not much I guess As you can tell I have improved – a whole bunch Especially right here, it definitely looks like it’s not as inward as it used to be, but – you know – I’m still working on it. I’ve got a little mark on my nipple over here. This is what I have, with me like flexing a little bit. Also my posture has gotten a lot better, than it has before. I’ve just been doing regular workouts. Push ups – crunches – etc., just so I can formulate a little more muscles around that area. It tends to look a lot better now. So this was it.
