Muscle-Building Workout and Diet

– What’s up guys and welcome back to another Dark Horse Challenge. We are here this week
with what I like to call, and one of my favorites,
The Dark Horse 500. (smooth music) The Dark Horse 500 is slightly different from what you might be used to in that you are going to get
a running start into your 500 because I want to see how
fast you can really go without having to have that silly standstill holding you back. This workout is all about 100 meters of just cruise-easy pace. That allows you to build and then when you hit the starting line, boom, you’re already up
to speed and running. For example, I would encourage you to use perhaps the last 30 meters
of the 100 to build, get ready to go, and then
once you hit the start line, boom, you’re gone, 500 meters between you and the finish line and you get to test what is
your true 500-meter sprint without even having to have
a stop to hold you back. Now yes, this is not directly comparable to a from-standstill 500, having to get going and up and running, but it’s just as fun anyways and that’s why I like to
call it The Dark Horse 500 because it’s our take on the 500. So go have fun with this one, guys. Make sure that you hit
us up over on Instagram, @darkhorserowing. Submit your scores, let us
know how it goes for you. Hopefully you send us a video. Don’t send your screenshots,
those are not that fun. We want to see how you actually did and what you looked like
when that 500 was done. So guys we will see you
over there on Instagram. Make sure you hit this
week’s Dark Horse Challenge, The Dark Horse 500. Later.
