Hey guys we’re going to do a shoulder workout today We’re going to start off with a stretching exercise which will help with that shoulder angle on rings and get a nice straighter line And then we’re going to do a combination of bodyweight fitness exercises on rings along with some weights. For this military press your arms are in a pretty wide grip and knees slightly bent and back rounded You can go through these exercises with as much rest as you want Sometimes I’ll superset and do 2 or 3 exercises back to back without any rest And these are some different exercises I do for my shoulders.
