Muscle-Building Workout and Diet


hellooooooou and welcome to workout Wednesday! On this show I will quickly go over a workout
that you can do on your own. If you want to download this workout on a
PDF format for free just go to the link in the description. This is the easy version but there are also
moderate and hard versions there. This workout is 1,500 meters or yards long. It took me 45 minutes to complete. It is focused on freestyle and your best stroke,
with a bit of different speeds, and some good technique. We will start with 100 easy choice and then
100 free with strong flip turns and a couple of underwater kicks after each wall. Then 8 x 25 the odd ones, meaning 1,3,5, and
7 will be drill of your best stroke. Then the even ones go to A3, meaning to a
75% to 85% of your TOP speed. To finish the warm up set do 4 x 25 with fins,
the odd ones keep your head up while doing freestyle and the even ones underwater kick. For the next set do 3 x 100 with fins the
first and third do fast kick and the second easy swim. Then do 4 x 50 odds fast kick and the even
ones easy kick. The main set starts with 4 x 75 on this order:
First one 25 fast and 50 easy then the second 50 fast and 25 easy
The third one is 75 fast and the fourth 75 easy Then do 100 like this. 25 scull / 50 kick / 25 drill. Do it freestyle or your best stroke. To warm down do 50 double arm backstroke,
then 25 kick and 25 free. One last thing before we go, if you want a
