The two things that I recommend all young
baseball players to do is jump roping and juggling. Jump roping is great to work on
staying light on your feet and it’s going to make the baseball player a much better
athlete. He’s able to jump rope good and be able to move well with the baseball team.
Juggling is great for hand-eye coordination. It’s great for hitting. It’s great for fielding.
This is great all around. So if a baseball player can work on, when he’s not practicing
baseball, jump roping and juggling, he’s going to be a better baseball player because of
it. When you can do both of them at the same time,
