Muscle-Building Workout and Diet

[dramatic music] – Boys, last chance! – Last-chance…
– Workout! – Last-chance…
– Workout! – Hard work! all: Dedication!
– Workout. – That’s our girl.
– Last chance! – [laughs]
– Whoo! – The last, last..
– Whoo! – Last, last…
– Yes, yes! La-la-la-la-la-la-last-chance
workout, baby! [all cheer] The last workout of the season. Their bodies are
stronger than ever. I’m gonna push them
to heights they’ve never been because they can handle it. They’ve proven it for 11 weeks. You can do it this last week. Show me how, and let’s make it
to the finale. Last-chance…
– Workout! – Last-chance…
– Workout! – Go, Jacky, go! – This last-chance workout is
totally different because this weigh-in is what
decides who the finalists are. So this is a big deal. – Four, three, two… – My first last-chance workout
was so hard, and it was so much more
than I thought it was gonna be. I realize I was 304 pounds,
but in my mind, I felt like I was
in better shape, and the reality
smacked me in the face, how out of shape I was. – Two, that’s it. – I’ve lasted on the ranch as long as I possibly can, but there’s another goal. That other goal is
becoming a finalist, and that’s where my head is
right now. – Feel the change. Please acknowledge the difference in today
from day one. – [breathing sharply] All I can think about is,
you know, that first week. You know, I was tired.
I was beat down. And, like, here I am now,
12 weeks later, my body still feels beat down. My body’s tired, but I know I’m healthier, and I know I’m more athletic, and that’s the main key. It’s such a crazy ride to think that I’ve come so far in this short amount of time. – Come on, Colby.
Give me 90%. I am gonna stand here
till I see 90%. – The scale is,
like, in the horizon. It’s all starting
to sink in that, you know, this ride is almost over, and, uh, I might be a finalist. That’s what’s exciting. [grunting]
– Nice! – You’re an athlete now,
Stephen. Last-chance workout!
Let’s go! – To think
about all the workouts that we’ve gone through, all the sweat, all the tears,
all the fear, to make it this far is
a big deal, and I’m putting in
everything I have got. I’m going all-in
on this workout. – Go, go, go, go, go! That’s it, Stephen.
That’s it! – I think about that
last-chance workout in week one, and I was just–could barely
get through it. I was tired, frustrated, angry, wanted it to just end,
wanted it to be over, and now it’s like
whatever he gives me, I’m down with doing
at my max capacity. As soon as I’m done, you know, “What do you want me to do, D?”
And do it again. – You the man.
I love it. I love it. – This is the last opportunity
we have to get in those finals. Be a finalist.
Act like it. Train like it.
Lead like one. Come on! – You know, I walk
across the mirror and I don’t recognize the person
that I’m looking at. Week one I had a lot
of eagerness to lose weight, but just didn’t
have the energy. Today I have energy. I’m still that
motivated person. I’m still very eager
to continue losing weight, and I feel like a new man. I’m in the best shape
of my life. – More, more. This is what it takes, Berto.
Come on! – I’m happy I made it
through this journey here, but it’s not over yet. I’m gonna go all out. I’m gonna hit that bag. I’m gonna run the treadmill. I’ma do what I have to do
to make sure that I come out on top
at the weigh-in. – You turned down 25 grand
for those 2 pounds. Can’t count on ’em.
You know that. – 25,000 is money. Glory lasts forever. – Oh-ho!
[laughs] – Come on, last chance, guys! Last chance!
Let’s go! – You know, week one,
hearing that I would be the first one to go home,
was not something that I took lightly. I mean, it stuck
in the back of my head. It replayed all the time. Not only have I made it
to week 12, but I’ve made it to the end. I’ve proven that
I’m worthy of being here. That is a great feeling. – Last-chance…
all: Workout! – Last-chance…
all: Workout! – Let’ go. – It would just suck so bad
to not be a finalist. And I know all of us–
we all want it. We’re all competitive,
but it’s just, like, you’re just so close. I can see it.
I can feel it. I just want it so bad. – Ain’t no thing, huh, Colby? – Ain’t no thing
but a chicken wing. – We are at the end
of our final week on the ranch, but today’s workout has been
about enjoying feeling strong, enjoying every single inch
of what they’ve worked for. And at tonight’s weigh-in, we’re going to find out
who belongs at the top. We have not come all this way
to not be finalists. Okay?
This is our finish line. Finish on three.
One, two, three… all: Finish! – Let’s go.
