Muscle-Building Workout and Diet

My name is Olivier Richters. I am two meters and 18 centimeters tall and I weigh 150 kilos which makes me the tallest bodybuilder in the world. Even as a baby I was quite big, 59 centimeters. I was always taller than the other kids. At a certain point I started growing 3 centimeters a month. I reached two meters when I was only 14. At 17 it became 2,10 meters and eventually 2,18 meters around my twenties. I can’t call myself a real bodybuilder, because I don’t train to compete. I can’t stand next to someone on stage who is 1,75 meters with my length. I would not be able to win. I do follow the lifestyle of a bodybuilder. And now that I am getting bigger I start noticing attention form other directions, the movie industry. Similair to what Arnold Swarzenegger experienced, the bigger he got, the more he got asked to star in movies. Which is basically my dream, to star in movies. I recently did my first one, ‘Ravers’. In addition to that I do commercials. And my second role in a movie is already planned for 2019. I’m in for an exciting period. as a result of bodybuilding. To illustrate, for me to keep my weight up of 150 kilos, I have to eat 6000 calories a day. divided up in seven meals of which 400 grams contain eggwhites. This takes so much time, energy and money. Because of this I am really happy that my brother, his wife and me came up with ‘Muscle Meats’. Because we provide the opportunity to buy in large quantities which makes it cheaper. We have a wide range of ready-made meals which saves a lot of time in the kitchen. And we change the products in such a way that they contain more eggwhites and less fat in order for you to reach your goal faster. I have been using supplements since the first year of training to accompany my diet. I have always used XXL nutrition because they are known for there quality and for being dependable. I only use the basics such as Whey, in my case Whey Hydro. Because it is already pre-digested and easier to be absorbed by your body. I only use it when I really need it. When I get up and my stomach is empty and after training. I also use XXL’s vitamin pack to make sure that, because of my large body, I get all my nutrients. Just to be sure. The last one I use, and perhaps the most important one is Dextro Juice during my training. Because after half an hour of training I notice I can get lightheaded which doesn’t happen when I take Dextro Juice during my training. I have got four goals for the coming year getting even bigger to see where my boundry is, to expand ‘Muscle meat’, to continue my collaboration with XXL nutrition which has always been great, and to move forward in the movie industry. Hopefully, in the future, you will be able to see me in Dutch cinema’s.
