Muscle-Building Workout and Diet

I think we’re gonna see somebody invent something new like Dorian did. When Dorian walked on the stage we never saw that.. Like what the hell is this? We never saw that kind of mass and size. There was a whole bunch of guys that could have possibly won the title.. It’s also a barrier to get over.. Could it really be me? Could I be the best in the world at my my chosen sport? It was that barrier, and then eventually I got over that like.. Why the hell not? It’s gotta be somebody.. And I don’t think anyone is training harder than me. And I always had that inside of me.. I don’t think anyone could have done anymore, so that gives you a lot of strength. This year is my first Mr. Olympia contest And people might think, well.. He’s gotta be overwhelmed by the occasion and intimidated.. I believe in myself and I come here to show everybody what I’ve done. When Dorian Yates showed up in ’93 he was a transformed bodybuilder that was unbeatable. I was the first guy to compete at the Mr. Olympia in condition over 250 pounds. Dorian was taking bodybuilding to a whole new level of impression.. People were just getting overwhelmed with his size. I had this drive and I had this system of high intensity heavy training Which have gotten me from a backstreet basement gym in Birmingham in England to be Mr. Olympia. I was always covered up.. I wasn’t doing it for anyone else. I kinda didn’t wanna show anybody because it wasn’t ready yet. It’s like an artist with his painting.. They don’t want anyone to look at that shit till it’s finished. You gotta get ANGRY You gotta PUSH You gotta VISUALIZE whatever helps you get through that set. He has a heart of a lion.. And I doubt if anyone trains harder than this guy. When he does a set.. He does one for momma, the babies.. EVERYBODY. This guy is a FIRST CLASS. And a MONSTER at 260 pounds.. Better than ever before… Mr. DORIAN YATES!! I look back and I got a tremendous respect for this young guy.. Because all the odds were stacked against. No family support, background and encouragements.. Living on my own in a counselor state. Just so far away So I was just dreaming about it.

  1. New vid of Dorian Yates. More bbers vids coming! Working on them
''I'm not really good at knowing where 85 or 90 percent is. I only know where ZERO and HUNDRED percent is.'' -Dorian Yates #AllOrNothing
Song is Robert Slump – Supernova

  2. I have mad respect for Lee Haney, he is probably he best MR. O ever……but who is the icon on my wall, Mr. Dorian Yaates…

  3. Every picture you can see that he was there to win, not to compete, just win. What an inspiration for everyone, not just bodybuilding.

  4. Dorian's gym was in Birmingham. Amazing how much that area has changed demographically. There's probably a halal shop next to his gym.

  5. Another thing never really brought up is his posing routines were never soft. He went in and out of poses hard.

There is literally nothing soft about anything he did

  6. Probably the best back ever, and easily the most impressive damn lats the world has ever seen. Giant wings like on a plane. His whole back is a frickin' kite of pure, thick muscles. That's motivation right there. If I can have just a fraction of that back spread, I'll feel damn good. Gonna make it!

  7. Pro's today have the size but it's not the same quality muscle and doesn't have the grainy look. Dorian changed bodybuilding forever 🙌

  8. What does his partner say at 3:39? It sounds like german: "gib alles was du hast, dorian" and it means "give everything you have, dorian" which would perfectly make sense in this situation

  9. “When he do a set he do one for momma, the babies, everybody” lol being English this shit just sounds so funny 😂

  10. Dorian is the best bodybuilder of all time way better than Ronnie more condition better legs better lats better back

  11. Imagine this.. you trained your whole life finally make the Olympia stage.. you in great shape you are psyched and ready but then you see Dorian Yates come through the door and you know right then n there you lost

  12. I am always on a look out for a picture of Dorian as a young man or boy to see how he looked young. Because no matter the picture he looks like he is 45. I guess he just has that face.

  13. In the past, maybe it was cool, but today I dont see any sence of using steroids to buld your muscles…respect to hazard with health

  14. He was just a mass, absolutely not genetic gifted. Flex, Shawn and Kevin were best. Mr Olympia is corrupted anyway.

  15. I don't look up to many sports ppl cos I feel most of them talk shit and tell lies.. But this man here is a true legend. Whilst other body builders were showing off on muscle beach.. Dorian was in Birmingham pumping iron in a fuckin dungeon…BEAST

  16. FUCK MAN. this vid made a knot in my throat and made me want to lift RIGHT NOW. Leeroy reminds me of my USMC drill instructors so it really hits home for me when I hear him. I watched blood and guts as a kid before I joined the Marines and remember how hard Dorian trained, he inspired me all through boot camp so I want to thank you Dorian for helping me be the best and I deff was. I'd do push ups and pull ups like a psychopath until I was in tears.

  17. Outstanding O and personality. Genuine, authentic, strong minded, fearless, Independent, and consistent. When you become role model for his own competition, you know you have reached that level.

  18. Best back and calves in bodybuilding to this date. And most "grainy" look ever that aspect of bodybuilding is totally underrated.

  19. Today’s best are nowhere near this guy for mass and conditioning. They may have a few extra pounds on him but no one has that ripped, dry, grainy look
