from superhuman fitness here and today we’re gonna be talking about the
knockout buttons the weak points of the human body that you would want to aim
for if you are in a fight and I’m not talking about just any fight we’re
talking about like a life or death situation not just like a competition or
like a school fight or anything like I like something you are seriously worried
about your self something that you’re worried about your well-being these are
these are some spots you might consider hitting and they are considered quote
unquote dirty Fighting’s but you are fighting for your life so like dirty
fighting is something you got to do you know so we’re gonna start with the weak
points up here but before we get in this video or real quick um I’m just growing
this right here uh-huh I wanted to see what you guys think let me know if you
guys think I should keep growing I’ve only been growing it for like two days
so let me know if you guys think I should or should not we’re gonna start
up here with the head alright we got weak point number one knockout button
number one the temples right here right these are a weak point people go for all
the time in boxing it’ll knock you out all right we got the jaw another common
one knockout button behind the ear this one’s actually uh people don’t expect
this to be a knockout button but you see it a lot in boxing a punch that might
not look like it’s doing a lot of damage it’d be like a looping hook or something
barely tap and dude we’ll just go dropping that’s probably behind the ear
that’s another knockout button right we got another one no they’re not the nose
the nose is not really a button that’s a weak point if you want to go for her
nose painful painful easy to break – right here I don’t know if you guys
obviously can’t see it but like if you feel there’s like a spot right at the
top of your head that’s like softer than the rest so that’s another weak point
behind the head that’s obviously a weak point the liver that’s another really
really powerful shot if you get punched and liver Jesus I’m so sorry it’s so
painful so painful here’s a couple close to people getting punched in the liver
in these clips that might look like these guys are just giving up and
falling on the ground but when you get hit in the liver you’re it’s literally
like the opposite of a knockout when you get knocked out with a a punch to the
head for example your brain you don’t really feel that much pain because
you’re knocked out you literally you cannot think but when you get hit in
the liver your body is still functioning you’re on the ground but your brain is
going crazy with pain so you feel all the pain but you literally just can’t
get up because you just can’t hurt so bad and that’s what’s crazy about these
liver shots so take a look at this clip look at that oh it looks so painful
another weak point is a solar plexus which is literally if right in between
your rib cage if you feel where your rib cage goes in right at the center right
there you get hit there knock the air out of you even a light hit like if you
guys want to get like a small sensation just go like this when you’re breathing
out or when you’re breathing in sorry no not the air out of you
another couple of weak points obviously the groin the eyes the ears the ears
you’re obviously one last weak spot that you guys probably do not know unless you
guys are like already a trained fighter which is like kicks like kicks your
brutal this is why I strongly recommend Muay Thai you guys ever do any sort of
kicking just try try to learn like a nice strong roundhouse kick you can go
low roundhouse right house extra brutal but leg kicks will mess you up and there
are probably the most underestimated kick in my opinion from non seasoned
fighter so if you guys didn’t know some of the advice that I shared in this
