Welcome it`s me Kura Workout Im gonna show you an cardio workout, fat burning which you can do easy at home without using special equipment workout is directed for everyone who want to lose weight to do basic exercises pull ups dips or push ups and even for advanced persons which want to carve their body lose not important body fat I`ll show you 5 exercises, every exercise for one minute and in this one minute we have to do reps as many as possible, to do the most intense workout for example begineer person will do ten to fifeteen reps advanced person will do this reps thirty to thirty five its typical workout for efficiency, fat burning. I recommend cardio workout on an empty stomach when we dont have supply carbs mean the base energy then body will take energy from body fat supply then we will burn fat doing this three to four times a week.
