The next exercise I’m going to demonstrate
is a dumbbell tricep extension. You can use one or two dumbbells. You’re going to grab
a hold, extending the arms over your head, navel in toward your spine. You’re going
to bend you elbows, pointing your elbows forward, so you don’t want them out to the side;
you want to make sure your elbows are facing forward. If you’re using two, you’re going
to exhale and press straight up, holding on to the bar of the weight. Inhale as you lower,
exhale as you lift. Good. Making sure you don’t over arch your back. Exhale, inhale,
and exhale. If you’re going to use one, you want to make sure that your palms are
flat on top of the weight and then press so that you ensure that you’re working both
arms and not just overworking one of the arms. Bending your elbows, placing your elbow so
that they face forward, and exhale extend. And inhale, exhale, and inhale, very good.

  1. What makes most of them ugly? is it the fact that they're black! or Just don't look like Joan Rivers or have white features. I too thougth most were ugly at one point but that because those other people dominate media and impose whats beautiful on a country that is clearly diverse with brown people or every corner of the world beyond blacks.

  2. Of course you don't bend your knees – Its a Tricep exercise, not a leg exercise! Bending anything other than your arm is bad form.

  3. this form of workout isn't advised for the more intense tricep workouts for it can cause a lot of stress on the rotator cuffs

  4. ur right, i dont do this with 2 heavy dumbells, if its heavy, use only 1.. it will strain your shoulder.

    but hey, this tricep workout works very well, u just can't do alot of weight with this work out, i say max weight for this workout with a dumbell should be 30 lbs or less and no more than that.

    if u exceed that weight thats ur risk and ur problem.

  6. @Uberlaser you should have a slight bend in your knees to take pressure off the lower back. Have them bent a tiny bit before they lock out
