There’s a few different exercises I do for triceps The first one is a tricep extension done on the pommel horse And I’m trying to keep my hands together and my arms and elbows in And I’ll usually do about 3 sets of 30. The next exercise is an over head tricep extension with the barbell, and I’ll usually do about 3 sets of 20. The next exercise is a triceps pull down on the Total Gym And you’re going to pull the handles down a little bit and out to the side to simulate kind of the rope pull down at the gym. The next exercise is a tricep dip on the floor bar and I’ll usually do about 3 sets of 15. And the last exercise is a victorian type movement where I’m going to have my feet on a mat and try and lean back as far as I can.
