  1. Don't know if I should repeat the first weeks. But I can't do almost any exercise without taking a short break inbetween. That starts to be really frustrating πŸ™

  2. I sweated so much today, I'm still dripping several minutes after cooling down. Felt more exhausted than usual today and had to modify the star jumps and several other moves. The side burpees killed my shoulders. Definitely a good sweat, this one.

  3. I finished it Heather πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ˜ŠπŸ‘β€β€β€β€β€β€β€

  4. W6D2…I was sweating at the of the warmup. Those Y/T/I supermen and swimmers get my whole body warm and blood pumping, and who could forget my favorite shadow boxing; shoulders were still on fire from yesterday's workout. I got through this one by saying ' almost done, last set of this one πŸ˜‰ '. Great combos, Heather! See you in the morning; same time, same channel!

  5. Love the no-repeat routines!πŸ’•
Had to modify a bit because of my knees, but I got the complete #sweatsesh! πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯😘

  6. βœ… no repeats… my favorite keeps the body guessing what’s next… loved it, another great one Heather πŸ₯°πŸ‘πŸŽ‰πŸ”₯

  7. HR, you definitely challenged me this morning 100%. But that's why I love your workouts. HR, you are shaping people inside and out one challenge at a time. Thank you for making it possible for me to workout alongside you each morning.

  8. Ok, now I am a bit disappointed (not of the workout). I could go through all workouts of the last 5 weeks. They were of course very challenging, but I never had to push the pause button. Yesterday and today I had to do it several times. Did the compilation of exercises change or is it just because of me?

  9. Tough. I really enjoyed it though . I found the abs circuit the hardest and was praying for the cool down. Bring on tomorrow. Thank you

  10. β€πŸ‘πŸ‘I was going to skip this routine this morning but thank God I didn't, it was awesome.. Thank you and have a blessed day 😊

  11. Omg Heather, that was a, killer with star jumps but so loved this one as there was no repeats
Just finished it and peeling myself of the floor 🀣

  12. I am joining the crew below "that was a killer". πŸ™‚ I did modifications, but still proud!
    Warm regards from Bulgaria!

  13. Wk6d2βœ”οΈ. Fantastic workout πŸ’ͺ. All sweaty πŸ˜… and tired! Can't wait for tomorrows sweat sess..πŸ’•

  14. Love the no repeat workouts. Week 6. Haven't missed a beat!!!! Thank you Heather for doing this for us. I appreciate all your thought and hard work into this series.

  15. hey heather, could you give us more time to switch from stretch to stretch. i'm always having to pause the video and scroll back. i feel very rushed

  16. Struggled through that one today I had to take rest and I continued to say β€œya right!” But I did it..omg sweating πŸ˜…

  17. Nice, difficult w/o! During some of these HIIT w/o I can really tell which areas I need to address. I am getting stronger and am able to do a lot more *agility, stamina, strength. When I see the burpees…I roll my eyes and do the best I can. NO EXCUSES

  18. Just realized I forgot to comment today, but day 27 was finished this morning. It's been an off day today but I still got the workout done! πŸ’ͺ

  19. I've done this workout just after my work at 7pm βœ…
I didn"t want but I knew that I'll feel so good after.
    And it's true , I feel SO GOOD now !! πŸ’ͺπŸ’•
Ready to eat and go to bed haha πŸ˜†

  20. there's definitely something about no repeats that make them go by quicker. Enjoyed while still getting a major sweat-bath! Can't wait to see what's in store for tomorrow!

  21. Let me tell you something . I work a-12 hour shift at night… never easy to workout the next day in the afternoon 😬😳! I have more energy in the morning on my days offπŸ˜…! Every time , I push myself to start & am always rewarded when it’s done: I feel energized , ready to tackle the shift to come!!! Thank you Heather for all the motivation πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ™πŸ½πŸ˜€

  22. Yes Sir (ma'am). It's cold in my gym so I came layered. Those layers came off real quick. Love these no repeats. Great workout. Let's GOOO πŸ’ͺ🏾❀️

  23. Amazing! Love the no repeats and love the longer warm-ups because otherwise, I don't do them πŸ™ƒ Your videos are just the best! The format, the music, everything. And I'm always so freakin' sore the next day!!!

  24. W6D2βœ” I have to say that this week is been hard for me I just feel so heavy but Im really trying my best thanks Heather πŸ’ž

  25. Will the workouts become longer as the program progresses, or will they remain around 30/35 minutes? Also, the video on proper form using weights was great; do you have a similar one for stability ball use / form / placement?

  26. Absolutely loved this workout. I appreciate that you didn't talk throughout the workout as it can be distracting for me. I loved the music, especially during the cooldown. Did this workout at home, but it will be a staple while I'm on tour. Thank you for sharing!

  27. 20 weeks pregnant and adored this workout (with some modifications, of course)!

Yours are definitely some of my favorite workouts! 😍😍😍
