hello everyone how you doing this Victor Martinez here and we’re gonna get some breakfast going not a big eater but breakfast is always one of the easy most easiest to meals of the day so I just stick with my eggs my oatmeal one slice of whole wheat bread every once in a while like on leg days and back day I might add a six ounce eight ounce steak in the morning but today is only chest so we just doing the eggs oatmeal for me dieting is is absolutely easy and flow is just why give myself more options make it more difficult when I could just keep eating the same thing every day because I only eat for purpose and that’s building muscle staying healthy and not putting on too much fat and that keeps my energy up all day doesn’t give me that extra you know saturated fat sluggishness feeling because it’s just what I build my life into and you know the lifestyle they say bodybuilding but again I started getting like this way back when at 19 and still eating like this now I’m not food adventurous you know I can travel the world visit different countries I will not eat their food I tell them listen chicken and steak and when I leave the country I’d tend to eat t-bone because I want to make sure that the steak is a steak and chicken you can’t really confuse I just don’t need any kind of shredded chicken it’s gotta be I gotta see the actual breast so I tend to chicken on the bone a lot you know rotisserie chicken anything like that when I travel because I’m just not a food aficionado I eat by texture I eat by the way it looks probably the only time I probably missed meals is when my daughters were being born or in horrible flights you know airports without restaurants just put in the water so it’s got to get heated up instead of my usual two three hours after breakfast I think I eat an hour and a half to two hours later because again the breakfast it just gets goes right through me I mean think about it’s just eggs you know and oatmeal for me to work out after breakfast it’s kind of hard I usually need about two meals I could do two cups this is only about a cup my appetite in the morning I don’t know I let it rip after breakfast yes I’m gonna have a good lunch gotta have my fresh-squeezed orange juice I use to do the whole Tropicana I grew up with it and they screwed me up by doing this fresh-squeezed because it took me back to the Dominican Republic how we really have juice breakfast is served got my oatmeal about a cup and a half I like adding my sugars in the morning again it’s probably the few times I have sugars unless I have some fruits which I’ll go food shopping later I like my fruits so the sugars raisin and some fats from the walnuts again a little bit of sugar from just maybe six seven ounces of orange juice and toast whole-wheat toast gotta have my toast again some more carbs and my twelve egg whites with two whole eggs Ok guys that was my breakfast thanks for watching and joining me and I see you next time

  3. Is that 75p, protein, 109c, carbs, and 25f fiber? You said a cup and a half of oats (that's 3 servings) and 1 toast? 81carbs , 12f for the oats, and toast is what? 22 c 5f, that's 103 carbs and 17 fiber. How did you get 25F out of the remaining carbs????

  8. He's a nice guy. I met him when he owned a restaurant in NJ called "Muscle Maker Grill." We just hung out in front and chatted for a little bit. He should've gotten the Sandow at least once! He's had a hard life, but always makes a comeback. Dedicated!

  11. Whats up with body builders spraying pam on a non stick pan. Its a non stick pan for a reason but what do i know im just a chef.

  13. I have no interest in being a body builder, but their diet (with some adjustments to my small frame) seems like something to try.

  14. Those are pretty low quality eggs. The chickens that layed are kept in a 1sf cage and spoonfed antibiotics

  15. Best Bodybuilder, uncrowned mr olympia, best comebacks after injuries, jail, the list goes on, best bodybuilder of all time due to all the shit hes gone through, others would have given up

  16. The important thing most of these guys point out, but we don't generally get: they eat to fuel their bodies and to stay competitive. Food is not fun or anything you eat because it tastes good.
