so certain that their bodybuilding training program is the best
bodybuilding training program. But the information, at least to you, seems so
conflicting. In this video, I am going to give you more than what the best
bodybuilding training program is for you. I am going to give you the insight and
perspective to go through all the information that’s being presented. I’m
going help you climb inside the mind of the fitness expert who is giving that
information so you can determine what the best bodybuilding training program

to work. Now, all you need is the best bodybuilding training program. And you go through the internet . . . you’re searching for the information. All you want is
black and white answers. You want more certainty and confidence, If you are
going to spend all of this time dedicating yourself to the bodybuilding
and training process . . . to make it more of a priority . . . to move other things aside . . . you want to make sure that you’re not wasting your time. I certainly understand
the need for that certainty. Looking for the best bodybuilding training program
for you. When you look for that information, the first thing that you’ll
run into, if you’re like most men, is that there are so many different opinions
from so many different fitness experts. All telling you that their way is the
right way. And, something that is even more troubling being a fitness person
who wants you to succeed. What I find most troubling is the fitness expert who
is giving of that information . . . who is so certain . . . so confident . . . and maybe they come from a good place in their heart . . . they want the best results for you. Sometimes,
they will make you feel as though if you aren’t doing it their way . . . the best way . . . you’re totally wasting your time. And, I know all you want is the best
bodybuilding training program. So, when you get somewhat certain with a
bodybuilding training program from one expert, you just look around someone’s
telling you that you’re not doing it right. Maybe it’s another fitness expert.
Maybe it’s somebody at the gym. And then that uncertainty sets in and you can’t
move forward. I want to help you climb into the mind of a fitness expert. Most
of us, and maybe this is you too, we want black and white answers. We want certainty. And, we like to just be able to put our heads down and get to work. Your
fitness experts, they have something that maybe you don’t have right now. They have
the ability to lock in to one set of answers . . . one solution . . . put their heads down . . . block out, once they made that decision, they’re able to
block out all other options. And that ability allows them to get the most out
of whatever they’re putting their attention to. Whatever they put their
mind to, they get the most out of their willpower, focus, energy, and time. Is that
always the best bodybuilding training program? Not necessarily. And this is what
I want to share with you today. This insight perspective. You don’t need the
best bodybuilding training program to move forward . . . to succeed . . . to get closer
and closer to your goals. Regardless of what that fitness expert is telling you
or what you may be perceiving that fitness expert is telling you. When it
comes to bodybuilding training programs, and this goes for diet and goes for a
lot of strategies in life whether it’s in relationships or business, you don’t
have to always use optimal strategies. The very best. On a scale from 1 to 10,
you don’t have to always have a 10 out of 10 strategy. And you have to remember
that because, first of all as you can see, the opinions of what a 10 out of 10
strategy is . . . the best bodybuilding training program . . . that’s highly debatable.
And it doesn’t matter if it’s a person who has a great physique who has been
training a long time or it’s what they call an “evidence-based” fitness expert.
Someone who uses science to substantiate their points of view. To sell you that
their way is the right way. Their training program is the best
bodybuilding training program. You don’t need to have 10 out of 10s. What you do
need to do is create systems that move you forward. Here’s something else you
need to consider: Every single one of us fitness experts who tell you or, you get
the impression that we’re telling you, that you must do it this way.
You must use this training program. It is the best bodybuilding training program
or you’re wasting your time. Whether they’re telling you that or that’s what
you are fearing that you’ll be wasting your time. It’s not true. Every one of us
fitness experts giving you that advice that you’re looking for . . . the set of
strategies that we use right now . . . the best bodybuilding training program that
we’re using right now . . . it is not the one we start off with. When we are at the
beginning of our journeys, maybe where you are now, we are not using the same
bodybuilding training programs. We evolved. And just like you, we learned more
and more. The more we could block out all the other options and just put our heads
down and work. Get the most out of our willpower, focus, energy, and time. So, you
can start off with a bodybuilding training program that, let’s just say, is
a seven out of ten. And you get everything out of it. You’ll come out of
it with a perspective to take it one step further. And it’s not just theory.
Right now, all you may have is theory and you’re looking for information. You’ll
have practical experience to move forward just like all of us. All of us
fitness experts who are telling you “This is the way to do it!” “This is the way to
train!” “This is the way to eat!” “This is the best bodybuilding training program!” We
did not start off with this bodybuilding training program. Now, we may sincerely
believe that this is the best for you. But this is not the training strategy . . .
the eating strategy . . . the bodybuilding training program . . . that we start off with.
So, you can too. You can’t look it as black or white . . . all or nothing . . . a 10 strategy or
0. Again, whether the fitness expert is telling you that or you’re getting that
impression. Right? Your ability to be flexible with all the information that
is presented to you and make it as black and white as possible. You sell yourself
that the training program that you choose is the best bodybuilding training
program for you. Then, you get everything out of it and now you have that insight
and perspective to move forward. Many of us fitness experts, we don’t even realize
it because we’re so black and white . . . we’re so certain . . . and you may get that
from all the different fitness experts that. We evolved. It was gray as we went
through. We didn’t start off with just 10 strategies . . .10 optimal strategies. So,
those are some things to think about that will give you perspective
as you’re looking for the best bodybuilding information for you. If you

  1. Hey, Skip! Recently I've cleaned up my train ing and diet, and recently I've leaned out and put on size. Now that my training and eating is right, I've been moving on to the next level with supplementation.

    Now my question to you, what sort of probiotics and supplements did you take during your career? You are by far the biggest natural bodybuilder I believe, ever, and you know this inside out.

    I realize that hard work and dedication, eating right and training hard are what propelled you to where you are now, but I also realize that supplementation pushes you to an even further level in bodybuilding, which is why I ask.

  2. I have a question to ask, is it using your rep scheme of 4-6 reps of only two sets of each exercise will have a person move up in the weight they are using on an exercise better then say 8-10 reps using 4 sets on each exercise, it would be about 4 or 5 different exercises for a muscle

    2. Is it ok to workout the chest with the arms (bicep and tricep) on day 1 while the shoulders and back on day 2?
