In the Old World, Egyptian and Indian cultures referred to garlic 5000 years ago and there is clear historical evidence for its use by the Babylonians 4500 years ago and by the Chinese 2000 years ago. just saying 🙂

  8. No…garlic only has 4 calories per clove, I can eat 15 sautéed cloves or more but don't do it every day. It is best to purchase organic garlic at the health food store, because garlic from the grocery store comes from China and it is bleached.
