Alright guys today’s home gym hack, the
mobility band chest fly, is our first movement submitted by one of our
followers, Chuck Andrews, so what we’re going to do is we’re going to take the chest
fly and incorporate it with the chest press to make one movement for today’s
home gym hack. Check it out. We’re going to take our band and loop it around the
bottom side of the bench so that we can create two handles for
our chest movements. So we’re just gonna get set up in a regular bench press
position. We’re gonna perform one chest press into one chest fly. Back up to the
chest press, down into the chest fly. Completing both movements equals one rep.
I want you to shoot for 15 to 20 reps and that is the chest press/chest fly
